Bonjour!
My name is Tut and I write and quilt in Petaluma (Northern California) and Paris, France.
I evolved from sewing crotches in a ladies underwear factory to becoming a family doctor and sewing up lacerations and incisions. Today I stitch narrative threads into a patchwork of stories, articles and books in addition to creating quilts. My motto (courtesy of Molly Ivins) is: “Do good. Have fun. Learn“.
I visit Paris often. I love wandering the streets, scouring museums and researching people, places and oddball discoveries. Wondering how to use the Paris city bus system? Can you identify a chasse-roue? What’s the coolest quartier in Paris? This is your source for insider tips, secrets and the quirky parts of Paris.

Allons-y!
